WebThe doctor should have probably weened you off of the Cymbalta before switching to the Zoloft, or lowered one does while increasing the other at the same time. 200mg seems to be a big jump. Chances are, though, that quitting the Zoloft/Cymbalta suddenly is causing most of your symptoms.
