WebWe are experiencing some challenges processing returns and as a result, our refund times have been impacted. We are working through these issues and expect a return to normal service in the shortest possible timeframe. We will refund you within 14 working days from when we receive your return at our warehouse and we will notify you by email. WebWe will refund the amount within 10 -15 days from the time we receive the products in our warehouse. The amount will be credited to you via the same method used for payment. Please Note: Any purchase made online must be returned to the site or store purchased, within the country purchased. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
