WebApr 23, 2024 · This has caused an issue with duplicate items in the Sent folder of the Shared Group. When an email is set as SOBO, the first copy comes in quickly and is smaller in size than the second copy. In one test, first item is 35 KB while second is 44 KB. With new messages I can see that the second item has a disclaimer but the first does not. WebMar 27, 2024 · The difference is it puts a copy of the email in the users sent items AND the shared mailbox sent items. I prefer this method personally because then I don't have to keep track of adding the registry key again when a user gets a new machine or when a new user gains access to a shared mailbox.
