WebTruce breaking can be worth it. Take all their forts. Or else leave the ones that you cannot take on the border and UN-manned before you peace out. Redeclare instantly. Reoccupy those forts (if any) before they get some garrison. Easy war. They never had the time to raise units. Just make sure to spread the OE afterwards, if needed, with a vassal. Webcheck your own diplomatic window too. Had a problem with that once too a few days ago in my byz game. The truce with france ended and the flag was gone, but when i watched my own diplomatic window i still had 6years truce.
