Web12 okt. 2004 · We first observed two electrical responses in the impedance and modulus formalisms. Then we detected a Debye-like relaxation in the permittivity formalism. Most interestingly, we found that the large dielectric constant of Bi23Cu3Ti4O12 is independent of the temperature and frequency below 150°C. Web29 okt. 2024 · We find that this relaxation is related to frozen electrons and features the Vogel-Fulcher behavior and negative dielectric tunability. Our results reveal that this low-temperature relaxation is a new kind of Maxwell-Wagner relaxation.
