WebIf you have a (dairy) allergy, be very very careful in Thailand. 1) the ingredient labeling is terrible. Very often they only state the MAIN ingredients! (we found this out the hard way and had to use the epipen!) 2) A lot of the food is produced abroad (e.g. Malaysia) and contains traces of allergens. At least this is stated on the packaging.
